The ClearSource Team is looking for young talented individuals willing to develop professional skills in the Sourcing&Recruitment field.
As an intern you’ll endorse the role of a “Resourcer”. Your mainly tasks will include the sourcing and the screening of candidates. Those are the first steps of the recruitment process. ClearSource is a Business Oriented Recruitment Company which is mainly working with its own pool of candidates. That’s why thanks to the Sourcing part, you will help the company to develop this pool. In that way you’ll also be involved in the “Sales” activities of the company.
Of course, the talented team of ClearSource will coach you properly to that mission!
You will also be able to decide if the candidate matches with the required profile or not. In that way you’ll have the chance to make a first selection. If your selection is approved by your manager, it means that you’ve done a great job!
Therefore you’ll have the opportunity to evaluate your own progress in your “Head Hunting” and Business Development competences.
