Une collaboration novatrice entre la HELHa et l’UM<\/span>ONS<\/span> s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0<\/span> la <\/span>capacit\u00e9 <\/span>du<\/span> cerveau huma<\/span>in \u00e0 g\u00e9rer des <\/span>double<\/span>s<\/span> t\u00e2che<\/span>s<\/span> cognitivo<\/span>-motrice<\/span>s<\/span><\/span>,<\/span> un sujet <\/span>de <\/span>plus<\/span> en plus<\/span> pertinent<\/span> dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 hyperconnect\u00e9e. Dans le cadre de leur<\/span>s<\/span> trava<\/span>ux <\/span>de fin d\u2019\u00e9tudes<\/span> respectifs<\/span>, <\/span><\/span>deux \u00e9tudiantes en Kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapie<\/strong><\/span><\/span> de la HELHa<\/span><\/span> (Eva HOUDART et Florence JONCKHEERE) et <\/span><\/span>un \u00e9tudiant en Psychologie<\/strong><\/span><\/span> de l’<\/span>UMONS<\/span><\/span><\/span> (Samir BEGGACHE) se sont associ\u00e9s pour explorer comment notre cerveau g\u00e8re, ou \u00e9choue parfois \u00e0 g\u00e9rer, deux activit\u00e9s simultan\u00e9ment, comme marcher et r\u00e9soudre un probl\u00e8me complexe.<\/span><\/p>\n

La double t\u00e2che, un enjeu actuel<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/strong>Marcher tout en consultant son smartphone ou en t\u00e9l\u00e9phonant est devenu un r\u00e9flexe pour beaucoup. Pourtant, peu <\/span>sont conscients des effets r\u00e9els que cela a sur notre concentration et nos performances. Dans le cadre de ce projet unique, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de recherche n\u00e9e de cette collaboration explore cette double t\u00e2che qui en apparence anodine, peut en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 mobiliser d’importantes ressources mentales et physiques.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Une \u00e9tude originale combinant tapis roulant et \u00e9valuation psychologique<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/strong>Les<\/span><\/span> tests cognitifs en double t\u00e2che, comme les matrices de Raven r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur un tapis roulant, men\u00e9s par nos chercheur<\/span>\u00b7se\u00b7<\/span>s<\/span> en herbes permettent d\u2019analyser l’impact des doubles t\u00e2ches sur la performance cognitive et la motricit\u00e9. Eva et Florence (kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapie) mesurent les performances de marche et de raisonnement logique de chaque participant<\/span>\u00b7e<\/span>, avant que Samir (psychologie) ne m\u00e8ne des entretiens d\u2019explicitation. Cette technique, in\u00e9dite dans ce cadre, permet de comprendre comment les participant\u00b7e\u00b7s<\/span> per\u00e7oivent\u00a0<\/span>leur \u00e9tat mental durant l’exercice. Parmi ces participant\u00b7e\u00b7s<\/span> volontaires aux tests, on retrouve des \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s<\/span> en kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapie qui ne sont pas impliqu\u00e9s dans le projet et des \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s<\/span> d\u2019autres cursus comme des futur<\/span>\u00b7e\u00b7<\/span>s<\/span> ergoth\u00e9rapeutes ou informaticien\u00b7nes<\/span>. Ils<\/span>\u00b7elles<\/span> sont plus d\u2019une quarantaine \u00e0 avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l\u2019exercice et \u00e0 avoir montr\u00e9 un r\u00e9el int\u00e9r\u00eat pour cette approche psychologique. Pour les \u00e9tudiant<\/span>\u00b7e\u00b7s<\/span> en kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapie, ce projet est \u00e9galement l\u2019occasion d\u2019appr\u00e9hender l\u2019\u00e9tat psychologique du patient en double t\u00e2che<\/span><\/span>, un aspect encore souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n<\/span><\/span><\/strong>Les r\u00e9sultats <\/span>pr\u00e9liminaires obtenus jusqu\u2019ici r\u00e9v\u00e8lent une diversit\u00e9 de r\u00e9actions : tandis que certain\u00b7e\u00b7s progressent en double t\u00e2che, d\u2019autres \u00e9prouvent davantage de difficult\u00e9s. Ces observations ouvrent des perspectives concr\u00e8tes pour mieux comprendre les capacit\u00e9s d\u2019adaptation et les limites individuelles<\/span>, notamment en r\u00e9\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n\n


\nEn juin prochain, le projet livrera ses r\u00e9sultats concrets, tandis que<\/span> nos <\/span>chercheur\u00b7se\u00b7s<\/span> du <\/span>labo <\/span>FFH<\/span> de la HELHa <\/span>tenteront de pousser encore plus loin cette exploration des capacit\u00e9s d\u2019adaptation humaine, avec comme objectif, une publication scientifiqu<\/span>e<\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Une collaboration Win-Win <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ce projet de fin d\u2019\u00e9tude<\/span>s<\/span> d\u00e9montre l’importance des collaborations interdisciplinaires et offre un espace de r\u00e9flexion unique pour <\/span>les <\/span>\u00e9tudiant<\/span>\u00b7e\u00b7s<\/span> et les <\/span>participant\u00b7e\u00b7s<\/span>. Avec des avanc\u00e9es prometteuses, le projet pourrait bien devenir une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les futures recherches sur la double t\u00e2che. Et si l\u2019alarme incendie d\u00e9clench\u00e9e en plein test a perturb\u00e9 une session de tests, elle n\u2019a en rien \u00e9branl\u00e9 la d\u00e9termination de cette \u00e9quipe pleine d\u2019avenir\u202f!\u202f; -) <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
