Le<\/span> lundi<\/span> 22 avril, l<\/span>e Domaine Sant\u00e9 de la HELHa et le <\/span>CeREF<\/span> Sant\u00e9 organisaient leur deuxi\u00e8me <\/span>\u00ab\u202f<\/span>journ\u00e9e de la sant\u00e9<\/span>\u202f\u00bb avec un th\u00e8me au c\u0153ur de l\u2019actualit\u00e9<\/span>\u202f: la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z en formation<\/strong>. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a rassembl\u00e9 plus de 170<\/strong> membres du personnel du Domaine Sant\u00e9 (enseignant<\/span>\u00b7e\u00b7s<\/span>, directions, secr\u00e9taires, etc.) pour un colloque de d\u00e9couverte<\/strong><\/span>s<\/strong> et de dialogue, mettant en lumi\u00e8re les caract\u00e9ristiques distinctives de la jeunesse actuelle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Immersion dans la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z regroupe les personnes n\u00e9es \u00e0 partir des ann\u00e9es 1996. Ces jeunes, dans la vingtaine, constituent la majorit\u00e9 des \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s actuel\u00b7le\u00b7s de la HELHa. <\/span>Cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration diff\u00e8re des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes notamment par son immersion dans la technologie d\u00e8s le plus jeune \u00e2ge. Contrairement aux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, la \u201cGenZ\u201d\u00a0a grandi avec internet, les smartphones et les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, ce qui influence sa mani\u00e8re de communiquer, d’apprendre et d’interagir avec le monde. Elle est \u00e9galement r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour sa conscience sociale et environnementale, ainsi que pour son d\u00e9sir de diversit\u00e9 et d’inclusion. Souvent per\u00e7us comme \u00e9tant plus entreprenariaux et orient\u00e9s vers l’innovation, ces jeunes cherchent \u00e0 apporter des changements positifs dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/span>\u00a0C<\/span>ette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e9tait mise au centre des discussions avec plusieurs objectifs\u202f:\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

> Actualiser le regard du corps enseignant sur la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z\u202f;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

> S\u2019enrichir et ouvrir le champ des possibles\u202f;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

> Identifier les difficult\u00e9s de collaboration transg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle\u202f;\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

> Explorer les changements et nourrir les pratiques.<\/span><\/p>\n\n


\nDes perspectives \u00e9clairantes\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

L’\u00e9v\u00e9nement a d\u00e9but\u00e9 par une s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re matinale, o\u00f9 des figures \u00e9minentes telles que le math\u00e9maticien et philosophe d’entreprise Luc DE BRABANDERE, le p\u00e9dopsychiatre Dr. Emmanuel THILL et le sociologue Olivier SCHMITZ ont partag\u00e9 leurs perspectives sur les tendances, les forces, les faiblesses, ainsi que les valeurs et comportements qui d\u00e9finissent les jeunes d’aujourd’hui. Ces interventions ont permis de jeter un regard neuf et optimiste sur la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration souvent \u00e9tiquet\u00e9e comme \u00ab Millennials \u00bb, tout en reconnaissant les d\u00e9fis de la collaboration transg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

L’apr\u00e8s-midi a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 des ateliers interactifs, favorisant des discussions et \u00e9changes. Les participant\u00b7e\u00b7s ont eu l’opportunit\u00e9 de s’immerger dans des approches compl\u00e9mentaires et synergiques, enrichissant leur compr\u00e9hension et leur connexion avec la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z. Les th\u00e8mes des ateliers \u00e9taient vari\u00e9s\u202f: <\/span><\/p>\n

> La d\u00e9marche appr\u00e9ciative : comment appr\u00e9hender les changements de mani\u00e8re positive pour collaborer avec nos \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s Z<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette journ\u00e9e a non seulement permis de mettre en avant les particularit\u00e9s de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z, mais a \u00e9galement ouvert le champ des possibles pour <\/span>les<\/span> professionnel<\/span>\u00b7le\u00b7<\/span>s<\/span> de <\/span>la formation en sant\u00e9, <\/span><\/span>leur offrant des <\/span>cl\u00e9s<\/span> et des conseils <\/span>comme l<\/span>\u2019importance de l\u2019utilisation des technologies num\u00e9riques, de comprendre et de respecter leur besoin d\u2019ind\u00e9pendance et d\u2019autonomie, <\/span>adopter une approche collaborative, etc. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
