• You are finalising/have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, executive assistance, or similar, where you are/were among the top students
• You have a solid background in business or project management; you are trained in various business functional areas of management, operations, marketing, accounting, and finance. Knowledge of public procurement rules, EU tenders in particular, will be considered an asset.
• You have excellent planning and coordination capability, and you are good at handling many tasks at the same time
• You are proficient in MS Office tools and have excellent formatting/visualisation skills. Other IT skills will be considered an asset
• You are proficient in English; you can communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, with senior management, colleagues, and the public using verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in French will be considered an asset.
• Good numerical skills will be considered an asset

Complément d'information
Conditions:
The opportunity we offer is an internship and has a duration of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility to benefit from a professional induction programme (Contrat d’Immersion Professionnelle) for young graduates, and the opportunity to take up a permanent role after this period. The internship will be remunerated and includes normal social security contributions and holidays.
