FOR OUR PMS DISTRIBUTION CENTRE IN GHLIN

Welcome to Logistics and our PMS Transport Team! Working in Logistics calls for precision, flexibility and above all teamwork, so it’s both enjoyable and stimulating. Our transport team is committed to take responsibility for the daily transport and distribution operations in seven countries to serve about 500 stores, as well as e-commerce distribution to several countries. We are looking for a resourceful Transport Coordinator who wants to be a part of creating the best logistics place to be, both in Ghlin (retail) and in Tilburg NL (e-commerce).

Your responsibilities
The Transport Coordinator’s job comes with lots of responsibilities – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes (amoung others):
A proactive and supportive role to drive all transport and distribution operations both in the retail and e-commerce business.
Supervise and manage the store delivery planning according to transport policy and sales requirements
Accompany Compliance and Security organization and verify that H&M requirements are being applied in third party warehouses and transport capability according to the transport needs
Plan specific actions according to urgent or special requirements
Monitor market in search of new transport/delivery options
Implement, improve and follow up best practices on transport and delivery procedures and routines
Follow up, analyze and report periodically on key performance indicators (KPI)
Ensure a qualitative communication with the sales organization/stores, the logistics organization, the stakeholders and with carriers/forwarders
Ensure interaction and teamwork across H&M business functions in order to improve and develop the best possible transport solutions
Keep at all times H&M Global values and vision.

Knowledge of retail business (e-commerce experience is a plus)

Open-mindedness, clear and convincing communication with helicopter ability
Coping with a high workload and being organized
A good knowledge of Dutch, English and French
