The IT Vendor Relationship management team is a dedicated team of sourcing professionals which forms the one-stop shop for all the main vendor sourcing activities within IT (e.g. managed services, software packages with services, fixed price contracts, hardware & lines). The team shapes the innovative vendor partnerships, which enable our digital revolution & future banking technology. As part of this dynamic team you will influence the choice, the engagement, the build-up & further optimisation of the vendor relationships by leveraging several skills (e.g. vendor portfolio analysis, negotiation, technology, process, collaboration, contract, …). You will interact with a multitude of stakeholders (e.g. vendors, IT domains, procurement, compliance, security, legal, finance) in order to turn this digital revolution into a success.
The mission is to implement, optimise and govern the IT vendor relationships to successfully support the implementation of the digital revolution and our new ways of working (e.g. Agile) with our internal customers. As such you will also foster industrialization, ensure sustainable control and try to get the best value for money. As a member of the IT Vendor Relationship Management team, you will analyse & participate in the selection of the potential suppliers that will help the bank to shape the digital innovation in the future banking technology. You will also be responsible for the end-to-end engagement process with the selected vendors. After the engagement you will further build & maintain the relationship with the vendor through adequate governance. In our endeavour to continuously improve you will also provide suggestions to enhance the quality of service, propose optimised sourcing solutions and develop further the partnerships with external vendors. Also your support in the transformation of the organization in the updated sourcing approaches is key.
