We look for result driven young graduates with a (general) (Business) Economic Master degree, with a passion for customers and people (solutions). Youngsters who share some common qualities like excellent academic background, strong communication and analytical skills. Affinity with project management is a plus.
You live in Belgium or Germany and will work on different, international projects – mostly remotely from home or a local office, although travelling within Europe and to Mauritius might be necessary if your assignment requires you to do so.
You may have started your employment journey already, fantastic, that means @SD Worx we can develop you even further and take you to new insights and bring you even more experiences!

The traineeship program starts in March 2022. For two years, you will be working on cross country projects under supervision of your business coach. Projects are linked to sustainable business growth in the fields of Finance, HR, Marketing, IT development, Services, … or a combination. Every Friday is reserved for the team, focusing on connecting and training.
You’ll build business knowledge and after 2 years you will be able to find a field within SD Worx to continue your career!
We invest heavily in personal development and training through peer coaching, mentorship, digital learning, training on the job and formal corporate training.
Peers and leaders provide feedback, help you to explore your interests and support you in building your further career.
