Qualifio is a team of 75 colleagues who are all passionate about Digital Marketing. Our HQ is in Louvain-la-Neuve, close to Brussels, Belgium and we also have offices in Madrid, Paris and Amsterdam. We have over a decade of experience in interactive marketing, data collection, and loyalty, and we have a unique work culture built on strong values.

What do we do?
Qualifio is a fast growing SaaS company founded in 2011. Our platform hosts 2 complementary modules:
Qualifio Engage*, that is used by over 275 brands and media groups around the world (L’Oréal, RTL, MediaMarkt, Daily Mail, Nestlé, Decathlon etc) who are using it to collect first- and zero-party data, and to engage, grow and qualify their digital audiences with creative interactive campaigns. About the job
Qualifio’s Human Resources internship offers the chance to have a first experience in HR within a company in full expansion. You will soon be part of Qualifio’s dynamic and collaborative team for an internship starting in 2023.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with a variety of HR functions and will have a rare glimpse into the corporate world of HR. Due to the nature of working in HR, it’s essential that you exhibit a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion. You will grow your professional skill set by working on tasks independently as well as collaborating with other team members.
You will work on differents projects, such as ;
Contributing to the improvement of the onboarding process for new employees.
Office management such as the follow up on office supplies, parking spots, public transportation, etc.
Improve our inventories: company cars, assets (laptops, phones, office badges, etc.)
In coordination with our Happiness team, you’ll help on the organisation of Qualifio Events such as seminars, well-being activities & sports events.
Assess the need for tools to facilitate the follow up of assets, inventories and onboarding tasks and work on projects to automate certain repetitive tasks (reminder for newsletter, time off/page duty validation, mileage follow-up…).
Improve our processes and documentation regarding certain legal obligations and/or update.
REQUIREMENTS
What do we expect from you?
You are currently studying a bachelor in administration or HR management.
Fluent in French & English (other languages is a plus)
Good time management skills (ability to balance competing priorities and deliver within deadlines)
Curious, organised, proactive and always willing to learn
