Have at least a Master’s degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Chemical or Material Science
Be newly graduated or have a maximum of 12 months experience
Be fluent in English both orally and in writing

Cementir Group, the leading group in the cement and concrete industry is offering an ‘International Graduate Program’ in Belgium, Türkiye, and Denmark.
CCB, who is part of the Cementir Group is looking for engineers for its industrial departments within Production, Process, Quality and Maintenance.
Program Structure:
The International Graduate Program will run for a year and will consist of a corporate introduction in Rome and regular rotation periods in the involved departments at your home assignment. Your experience and development is supported by shorter rotations to other plants in the Cementir Group and technical trainings provided by CoEs, where you will be together with other graduates from different Cementir locations.
During this program, you will be able to develop your technical and soft skills with trainings, mentor support and project assignments.
Taking part in the “ Global Graduate Program”
You will gain knowledge about Production/Process, Quality, HSE and Maintenance fields – both practically and theoretically
You will have the chance to explore different cultures both during your rotations and in the international environment of the local plants
We will create opportunities for you to understand yourself better and to develop your soft skills
You will participate in continuous improvement and project management courses, and you will be involved in improvement projects
You will have a chance to network with senior leaders and experienced mentors in the Group
