You will become part of a multidisciplinary team of consultants who provide strategy and policy consultancy to the public and non-for-profit sector, financial institutions and industry. Being in Brussels, a significant part of our activities are targeted towards EU institutions, but we also work locally and globally with a variety of clients.
As a Management Consultancy within Ramboll, our projects are often characterised by bridging deep technical expertise and strategic understanding specialising in strategy and policy advice. We work continuously with our colleagues in Ramboll Group throughout Europe and worldwide.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Tender coordination
Understanding the administrative and technical requirements of a public procurement procedure and ensuring they are fully met
Facilitating tender preparation processes from its identification to its successful submission
Monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of sales activities and tender procedures
Supporting with market intelligence activities
Project coordination
Supporting financial and contractual management
Supporting monitoring and reporting of project activities
Meeting preparation, facilitation and reporting
Team and operations:
Supporting senior staff in their coordination activities
Ensuring a proper working environment for the team
The opportunity we offer is an internship and has a duration of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility to benefit from a professional induction programme (Contrat d’Immersion Professionnelle) for young graduates, and the opportunity to take up a permanent role after this period. The internship period is from 1st of March 2022 to 31th August 2022 (+/- 2-month flexibility). It will be remunerated and include normal social security contributions and holidays. The working language is English and French.

You are finalising/have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, executive assistance, or similar, where you are/were among the top students
You have a solid background business or project management; you are training in various business functional areas of management, operations, marketing, accounting, and finance; knowledge of public procurement rules would be considered an asset
You have excellent planning and coordination capability, and you are good at handling many tasks at the same time
You are proficient in MS Office tools; formatting/visualisation skills and other IT skills would be considered an asset
You are proficient in English and in French; you can communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, with senior management, colleagues, and the public using verbal and written communication skills
Good numerical skills would be considered an asset
