– Post-secondary education attested by a diploma (i.e. bachelor degree in accounting).
– In addition to the above, minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
– Knowledge of Financial accounting and reporting (e.g. general ledger, gains and losses from financial transactions, IFRS).
– Ability to prepare accounting/financial reports.
Experience or knowledge with computer data entry skills and filing skills with an emphasis on accuracy. Knowledge of the Microsoft suite, in particular proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
Understanding the ORACLE Financial system.
Knowledge of financial instruments and experience in accounting of investment operations would be an asset.
Knowledge of the Business Objects tool would be considered an asset.
