Are you looking for a position as specialist in the gathering, consolidating and reporting of performance data within our online and mobile banking department? Are you someone who is … -organized and meticulous, with an eye for detail: you are able to manage large amounts of detailed information in a constantly-changing environment, observing a pre-arranged timetable and respecting agreed deadlines -proactive, independent, and results driven: you are not satisfied with work of an average quality and strive for continuous improvement. You are not afraid to take the initiative, and you flag up potential problems in a proactive fashion -able to work independently whilst also being a team player And you also have… -a Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, accounting, economics, finance or ICT -excellent numerical and analytical skills: working with numbers is your second nature, and you are able to derive the key messages from a vast amount of data -very good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) -an excellent knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English -a keen interest for new media, internet and mobile banking distribution channels -professional experience of 1 or 2 years in a similar role is a plus (but not a must)

… then you are our new Performance Officer Digital Channels
 
 
Your role …
 
-Provide a continuous overview on the operational, financial, commercial and people performance of the Digital Channels department
-Ensure accuracy and completeness of the department’s performance data
-Prepare the monthly Balanced Scorecard and underlying reports (People Report, Key Risk Indicators, …)
-Monitor and report on the status of the Project Portfolio (milestones, budget)
-Analyse data in the reports and support management with ad hoc analyses and decision support analysis
-Define, use and continuously improve reporting templates
-Guard the data quality in the different data sources
