Motive Femtocell Device Management Solution brings intelligence to device management with advanced features that allow service providers to remotely provision, configure, update, manage

and troubleshoot Femtocell devices in both residential and enterprise markets..

Mission

We are looking for graduate student to perform a sophisticated research in the area of wireless network design with respect to residential/home Femto deployments. The position includes the

opportunity to work in a team of ALU physical-layer experts for a period of 12 months in Antwerp, Belgium.

Details

The specific research tasks involve:

◊ Development of home Femto simulator;

◊ Assessment of the network performance: theory and practical measurements;

◊ Development of home network monitoring tools in Matlab;

◊ Presentation of results.

Qualifications

Basic requirements:

◊ Excellent knowledge of telecommunications;

◊ Excellent knowledge of mathematics;

◊ Excellent skills in MATLAB (C/C++/Java is a plus).

◊ Good verbal and written skills in English;•

◊ Methodical problem solving, good communication skills, strong attention to details, and ability to work well in a close-knit team.
